Address Accuracy

• We ask for TWO addresses to send the bundles to. Please ensure your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect addresses.

Delivery Areas

• We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

• Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping Method

• All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Second Class.

• Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days from the date of dispatch.

• Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary, especially during busy periods (e.g., holidays or strikes).

 

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

• A flat shipping fee of £0.87 per bundle is applied at checkout.​

Tracking & Confirmation

• Second Class delivery does not include tracking as standard.

• A dispatch confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped.
